Welcome to X Dance Cruise (“Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.xdancecruise.com (the “Site”) and apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in X Dance Cruise events. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. General Terms

• The X Dance Cruise is a private event, and all participants must comply with these Terms.
• You must be 18 years or older to book and participate.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who violates these Terms.

2. Booking & Payments

The X Dance Cruise consists of two components:

A. X Dance Xperience (Dance Workshops & Activities)

• Payment for the X Dance Xperience can be made in full or in two installments.
• Payment must be completed before the event to secure participation.

B. Cruise (Lodging & Travel)

• Payment for the cruise itself is separate from the X Dance Xperience.
• Once the X Dance Xperience is purchased, our travel agent will contact you to arrange payment terms and assist in selecting a stateroom.
• Payment arrangements for the cruise will be made directly through the travel agent.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• X Dance Xperience: Payments for the X Dance Xperience are non-refundable at any time.
• Cruise: The cruise follows Princess Cruise Line’s cancellation policy, which may vary based on the length of the cruise and the timing of cancellation. Please refer to Princess Cruise Line’s official cancellation policy for details.

4. Participant Conduct

• All attendees must follow the rules and policies set by X Dance Cruise and the hosting cruise line.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe (including excessive intoxication, harassment, or violations of cruise line policies) may result in removal from the event without a refund.
• Participants assume full responsibility for their personal belongings.

5. Health & Safety

• Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by X Dance Cruise and the cruise line.
• We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may arise before, during, or after the event.
• By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity, including dancing, and agree to participate at your own risk.

6. Liability Waiver

• X Dance Cruise, its organizers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
• You agree to release and hold harmless X Dance Cruise from any claims arising from your participation in the event.

7. Photography & Media Release

• By attending, you grant X Dance Cruise the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media of the event for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be included in media content, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including logos, images, videos, and written materials, is owned by X Dance Cruise and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

• X Dance Cruise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Site or participation in events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
